Course Overview

CSE467 is a course focused on the design and implementation of secure computer systems. Lectures cover a wide range of topics on both defensive and offensive aspects of security, including systems security and exploitation, sandboxing, side-channel attacks, network security, cryptography, privacy, and anonymity. The course aims to develop students’ ability to think adversarially about computer systems and to reason about defenses.
